We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the famous beach and the bustling Broadway district. The hotel had a range of convenient services, such as room service, laundry, and airport shuttle, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We especially enjoyed the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel. The room amenities were top-notch, with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area and a relaxing spa & wellness centre, where we indulged in rejuvenating massages. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were a definite highlight, and we spent many hours lounging by the pool and enjoying the sun terrace. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay absolutely delightful.

Excellent location. Very good breakfast. Room and bathroom are confortable and very clean. TV with some paid channels, although no one in foreign languages. The hotel fulfils what promises. Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

The location of the hotel was great as it offered stunning views of the ocean and was conveniently situated close to the town center. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. The gardens were beautifully maintained and added a nice touch to the overall appearance of the hotel.

I found the room to be quite outdated and in need of renovation. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens were old and worn out.

The staff of the Pousada Tranquilandia Village is very friendly and the breakfast is very high quality. The location between the beach and the city center is very practical. It is quiet, clean and the garden is full of flowers.
